Montreal, February 1, 2018 – The Quebec English School Boards Association (QESBA) is thrilled to announce three principals from our network have been chosen as exceptional educators from across Canada for exemplary leadership.
The Learning Partnership’s “Canada’s Outstanding Principals” recognizes outstanding contributions of principals in publicly funded schools. It honours principals from across Canada who demonstrate innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, and who have done something truly remarkable in public education.
The official announcement:
- Beryl Boyle, Gaspé Elementary and Belle Anse Elementary Schools, Eastern Shores School Board.
- Alan Simoneau, Lake of Two Mountains High School, Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board; and
- Joseph Vitantonio, Lester B. Pearson High School, English Montreal School Board.

Teachers have the responsibility of guiding and educating our collective future and it’s important for us to underline their successes,” said QESBA President Jennifer Maccarone.
